Founders Associate Internship

We're seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate Intern to support the operations strategies of one of our portfolio companies.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects, work closely with the CEO and leadership team, and gain unique insights into a dynamic start-up environment.
The portfolio company is a German InsurTech firm focused on protecting businesses from cyber threats, offering a unique combination of insurance and cyber protection.
Key Responsibilities- Support the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and contribute to key decision-making processes
- Gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment, working with various departments, including Sales, Product, and Operations
- Contribute to key strategic projects, helping to define the company's overall strategies for internationalization, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders, assisting in preparing presentation materials and conducting research on due-diligence, competitors, and markets
- Prior relevant work experience through internships in fast-paced environments, such as technology, B2B, start-ups, consulting, or similar
- Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with experience in multi-stakeholder projects
- Excited to work in a start-up environment, learning about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cyber security
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a reliable, accurate, and independent work style
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in communicating with various stakeholders in German; English is a plus
Please note that this internship is based in the Berlin office of our portfolio company, and eligibility to work within the EU is required.
