Founders' Associate Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our founders in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making. As a Founders' Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and contribute to the development of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the founders in executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Take ownership of projects from conception to implementation
  • Assist with operational tasks, including finance and office management
  • Support the finance team with daily financial processes
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (business administration, management, economics, etc.)
  • Previous internship or working student experience (at least 3 months)
  • Availability to work 3-6 months, ideally 6 months
  • Fluent German (B2 level) and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and startups
