About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founders Associate Intern to join our portfolio company in Berlin, Germany.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, contribute to key decision-making, and gain unique insights into a dynamic startup environment.

You'll work closely with various interdisciplinary stakeholders, help prepare presentation materials, and conduct research on due-diligence, competitors, and markets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects and contribute to key decision-making
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare presentation materials and conduct research
  • Gain unique insights into a dynamic startup environment and its several departments, including Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Contribute to key strategic projects to help define the overall company strategies for internationalisation, extension of their addressable market, and strategic sales partnerships
Your Profile
  • Prior relevant work experience through internships in a fast-paced environment, such as technology, B2B, startup, consulting, or similar
  • Strong slide writing and presentation skills, with first experience in multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excited to work hands-on in a startup environment and learn about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cyber security
  • Think strategically and analytically, with a reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with various stakeholders in German; English is a plus

Please note that eligibility to work within the EU is required, and the position is based in our Berlin office.
