Founders' Associate Internship

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup? As a Founders' Associate Intern at Lumiform, you will work closely with our experienced founders to support the development of our company.

Lumiform is a leading software startup founded in 2019, with a mission to revolutionize the world of work for frontline workers. We are backed by top investors and have already secured €10 million in investment.

As a Founders' Associate Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the founders in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making. You will also have the opportunity to take on projects from conception to implementation and ensure that deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Studies: You are a registered student in a relevant degree program such as business administration, management, economics, or a related field.
  • Work experience: You have already completed at least a 3-month internship or a 6-month working student job.
  • Duration: You can support us as an intern for 3-6 months, ideally 6 months.
  • Place of work: You live in Berlin and are willing to come to our office at least 3 days a week.
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills in German (at least B2 level) and English (fluent), both written and verbal.
  • Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way.
  • Attention to detail: You are meticulous and have an eye for detail.
  • Interest in entrepreneurship: You have a strong interest in start-ups and entrepreneurship and want to learn from experienced founders.
