Job Description

We're seeking a Founders' Associate Intern to join our team. As a Founders' Associate Intern, you'll work closely with our founders, Lukas and Philip, and support them in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the founders in day-to-day executive management, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Take responsibility for your own projects, from conception to implementation.
  • Support the optimization and seamless running of internal processes.
  • Assist with finance tasks, including dunning, subscription management, invoicing, and customer contact.
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the company's success.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as business administration, management, or economics.
  • Previous work experience, including internships or working student roles.
  • Availability to work for 3-6 months, ideally 6 months.
  • Based in Berlin, with the ability to commute to our office in Berlin Mitte at least 3 days a week.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (B2 level) and English (fluent), both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong interest in entrepreneurship and a willingness to learn from experienced founders.
