Note: We encourage applications exclusively from individuals currently enrolled in educational programs in Germany, specifically those seeking mandatory internships.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily agricultural operations, including seedling cultivation, monitoring plant health, and harvesting produce.
- Participate in ongoing research and experimentation to enhance plant combinations for optimal yield, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to innovate and improve farming methodologies.
- Important: Applications are welcome only from candidates currently studying in Germany and seeking a mandatory internship.
- Enrollment in a degree program related to agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a closely related field, with a strong preference for those whose curriculum necessitates an internship.
- A genuine interest or academic background in vertical farming practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
