Note: This position is intended for individuals currently enrolled in a program in Berlin (or Germany) and seeking a mandatory internship rather than a part-time or working student role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily agricultural operations, including seedling cultivation, monitoring plant health, and harvesting.
  • Participate in ongoing research and experimentation to enhance plant combinations for optimal yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work alongside the technical team to innovate and refine new farming solutions.
Qualifications
  • Note: This position is for candidates currently studying in Berlin (or Germany) and looking for a mandatory internship.
  • Enrollment in a degree program related to agronomy, botany, horticulture, or a similar discipline, with a strong preference for candidates whose curriculum necessitates an internship.
  • A strong interest or academic engagement in vertical farming practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and innovation.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
