Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily agricultural operations, including seedling cultivation, monitoring plant health, and harvesting activities.
  • Participate in ongoing research and experimentation to enhance plant combinations for optimal yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients to provide updates, collect feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to innovate and improve new farming solutions.
Qualifications

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
