About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead and grow our sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in EMEA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition and development strategy to build a high-performing sales team
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Experience in managing high-performing sales teams and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition and development strategies
