About the Role

iDeals is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead and grow our sales team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in EMEA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
