Global Process Owner and Data Flow Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global System Process Owner Data Flow Specialist to join our team at the KION Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining process steps and deviations, promoting standardization, and managing the design of new requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define process steps and deviations in the area of responsibility
  • Promote standardization and support regions/locations in scope validation and evaluation of scope extension
  • Manage and coordinate the design of new requirements and communicate decisions to the organizations
  • Coordinate and actively manage the global key user network
  • Manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train) as the first point of contact for local key users or other members of the business unit

Requirements:

  • University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or similar, or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the area of SAP - PP, MES/EWM/MM or in a comparable working environment
  • Experience in problem-solving with local key users and IT, as well as analyzing business processes
  • Ability to describe business processes in Visio or PowerPoint and create requirements in a specification for KION IT
  • Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
