Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at ANTHROPOS GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our newly established Digital Processes unit and overseeing the development of digital solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital Processes unit and manage a team of 4 members
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy with long-term goals and priorities to drive transformation and market competitiveness
  • Design and implement digital solutions using AI software for sales planning, supply chain management, and customer-specific offerings
  • Act as an integrator to promote technologies and solutions within existing systems and processes
  • Ensure data integrity and security, and facilitate seamless collaboration between departments
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creativity and idea exchange
  • Serve as a liaison between the IT department, management, and functional areas to ensure collaboration and coordination
  • Regularly communicate across departments and conduct match plan evaluations to promote close collaboration and best practice sharing

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on AI and digitalization
  • Strong technical understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools, including data analysis, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure
  • Excellent knowledge of innovation-oriented approaches to customer needs, market trends, and business models
  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects and implementing processes and working methods within the organization, preferably in the retail, food, or logistics industry
  • Established network and knowledge of consulting firms with similar transformation experiences, such as IBM I-Series and Microsoft 365
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Proven leadership experience in agile projects
  • Strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking and approach
  • Pragmatic approach with a down-to-earth attitude
  • Strong assertiveness and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both in listening and expressing oneself (able to speak the language of users and 'IT-ers')
