Main Responsibilities
As Global System Process Owner Warehousing, you will be responsible for:
- Defining in detail the process steps and process deviations in the area of responsibility
- Promoting standardization and supporting regions/sites in scope validation and evaluation of scope extensions
- Proactively identifying and proposing new opportunities for standardization to improve processes
- Managing and coordinating the design of new requirements and communicating decisions into the organization
- Coordinating and actively managing the global key user network
- Serving as the primary point of contact for local key users or other business unit members and managing deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or similar or a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the area of SAP - MM or in a comparable work environment
- Experience in problem-solving with local key users and IT
- Very good knowledge in the elicitation and documentation of business processes and the creation of requirement specifications
- Good communication skills in English, German is a plus
