At Westwing Home & Living, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic cross-functional projects within the People & Culture team
  • Design and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Conduct data-driven analyses and create proposals to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments, seniority levels, and countries
  • Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate closely with the People Leadership Team and Chief People Officer
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a consulting firm or strategy/corporate business development department
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven project management success with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for the field of people/HR with a desire to innovate and challenge the status quo
  • Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
