Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Gasfin Development. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our mid-scale LNG infrastructure, combining proven technology, know-how, and finance.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth by optimizing internal operations and overseeing strategic projects.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline day-to-day operations and enhance business efficiency.
- Take responsibility for managing commercial operations, focusing on business process improvement and financial oversight.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute the company's operational strategy.
- Organize and structure office processes, bringing clarity and efficiency to the team.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Industrial Engineering or Business Administration preferred).
- Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in a senior commercial/administrative operations management capacity.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and optimize financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and administrative optimizations.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative to organize and structure the office environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive company goals and foster a positive work culture.
- English and German proficiency at business level.
- Familiarity with document management systems and business process automation is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
