**YOUR RESPONSABILITIES**
- Define the negotiation strategies
- Provide strategic insight in the organization on the supply market.
- Drive the alignment between the different stakeholder managers
- Lead demand-based tenders (RFx, eAuctions, face-2-face negotiations) to obtain best negotiation results
- Support countries during implementation phase
- Perform active contract management and negotiation
- Carry out alignment discussions to get a full understanding of the internal needs
- Balance the commercial, technological and sustainability requirements
- Manage the relationship with your key stakeholder including coaching them on best practice and delivering presentations to high-level management
- Manage relationship with your key suppliers including regular Business Reviews.

**Profil**:
**YOU**
- Are passionate by solving commercial, technological and sustainability challenges with a strategic mindset
- Love working a in multicultural team
- Are comfortable managing senior leaders and stakeholders
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in procurement and a master’s degree

**YOUR SKILLS**

You possess in-depth knowledge of procurement processes, practices, and strategies within Telecom, automotive or IT industries. You have the following skills:

- Solid experience in procurement compromising sourcing project coordination, managing customers and stakeholders, supplier management
- Capability to manage relations on decision maker level, both internal and external
- Contract Management: good knowledge of contract management principles, including reviewing and understanding contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and monitoring contract performance.
- Cost Analysis - proficiency in conducting cost analysis and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize procurement decisions, and ensure budget compliance
- Market Intelligence - continuously monitor and stay updated on market trends and innovations. Ability to identify emerging suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and assess their potential impact on procurement strategies.
- Fluency in English / French, German is a plus.
