About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at TFI GmbH. As a key member of our Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice to our customers' HR teams and supporting them in the implementation and optimization of recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies with customers, including the introduction of new recruiting channels and the optimization of candidate management.
  • Lead project management for the onboarding and implementation process of our recruiting software for customers.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create corresponding concepts for the implementation of solutions in our software.
  • Provide training, advice, and run workshops for customers on topics such as recruiting, candidate management, career pages, job postings, application processes, interfaces, and software setup.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, including email, phone, and web meetings, as well as personal meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in customer success/account management for Enterprise accounts.
  • A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on recruiting and/or comparable professional experience.
  • Ideal experience in the areas of recruiting, talent marketing, online marketing, or high-volume recruiting/staffing.
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • A proactive and sales-oriented attitude, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • At least C1-level proficiency in English and German for effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
