About the Role
Talention is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and goals through our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to discuss their progress and goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
