Über den Bereich Customer Success Management

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Customer Success Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Recruiting-Strategien unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie strategische Beratung, Projektmanagement und Kundenbetreuung leisten.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Beratung von Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Recruiting-Strategien
  • Projektmanagement im Onboarding-Prozess der Talention-Software
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung von Konzepten
  • Schulungen und Beratung von Kunden
  • Umfassende Kundenbetreuung
Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Success / Kundenbetreuung von Enterprise Accounts
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Recruiting, Personalmarketing, Online-Marketing oder High-Volume Recruiting/Staffing
  • Proaktive und verkaufsorientierte Einstellung
  • Fähigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
