Talention, a leading innovator in talent marketing software, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Customer Success Management Team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Lead project management for onboarding and implementation of Talention software.
  • Analyze customer requirements and create customized solutions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and workshops on recruiting, candidate management, and software setup.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in customer success/account management for Enterprise accounts.
  • Strong background in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruiting, talent marketing, online marketing, or high-volume recruiting/staffing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and sales-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
