Head of Finance Operations Manager

As a key member of our finance team at Grand City Property, you will oversee the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring the smooth management of accounts receivable and payable, as well as cash management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and drive strategic growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Key Requirements:
  • Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in handling accounts receivable and payable functions to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to lead a finance team, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Fluency in German and English: Effective communication is crucial in our international work environment.
