Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Operations, der unsere operative Exzellenz steigern und unser Wachstum unterstützen kann. Als Mitglied unseres Führungsteams wirst du eine entscheidende Rolle spielen, um unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und unsere Effizienz zu steigern.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Head of Operations wirst du folgende Herausforderungen annehmen:

  • Die operative Exzellenz zu steigern, indem du Prozesse aufbaust und implementierst, die uns helfen, schnell und effizient zu skalieren.
  • Prozessautomatisierung durch die Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen und Self-Service-Tools.
  • Die nahtlose Integration aller genutzten Tools sicherzustellen und Medienbrüche zu eliminieren.
  • KPI-Überwachung durch die Entwicklung und Analyse von operativen KPIs, um die Effizienz zu steigern und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Ein dediziertes Operations-Team aufzubauen und zu führen, um die Wachstumsstrategie zu unterstützen.
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit dem Energy, Construction, R&D- und Tech-Team, um innovative Automatisierungslösungen zu entwickeln und einzuführen.
  • Die Schaffung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Innovation, die auf datengetriebene Prozesse setzt.
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Head of Operations, der folgende Qualifikationen besitzt:

  • Erfahrung in Operations und Skalierung: 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Führung operativer Prozesse in einem wachstumsstarken Umfeld.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Starke Kompetenz in der Analyse von KPIs und Daten zur Prozessoptimierung.
  • Führungsstärke: Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams mit dem Ziel, Skalierung und Effizienz voranzutreiben.
  • Technologische Affinität: Fähigkeit, technologische Lösungen zur Prozessautomatisierung zu implementieren und zu integrieren.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Bereitschaft, tief in operative Details einzutauchen und unmittelbare Verbesserungen umzusetzen.
  • Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit und Innovation: Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung von Purpose Green als führendem Anbieter in der energetischen Sanierung und im digitalen Asset Management.
