Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Director of New Business Development to join our DACH team. As a trusted advisor, you will showcase our IT Professional Services and build long-term client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor, identifying and targeting potential clients, managing the complete sales cycle, and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing our IT Professional Services and building long-term client relationships.
* Identify and target potential clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and online research.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from client acquisition to deal closure.
* Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
* Negotiate, manage, and close strategic new business deals.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
* Develop and expand large existing accounts.
* Leverage your industry knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology challenges within your vertical.
* Participate in speaking events, workshops, panels, and conferences to share your expertise.

What skills and experience do you need?

10+ years of new business development experience focused on selling offshore/nearshore IT Professional Services. A proven track record of success in achieving $5M+ sales quotas annually. Strong sales experience with skills in prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating, and closing contracts. Ability to engage and influence VP and C-level decision-makers. Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
