About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Partner Management team in driving the growth of our Vico supply chain. As a Director of Partner Management, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, primarily focused on SAP services. Your core responsibility will be to source and manage candidates, find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.

You will interact and communicate daily with a broad range of people, including clients, Vicos, and internal stakeholders. Your role will involve supporting end-to-end in defining and implementing Vico building and scaling strategies, as well as fine-tuning our software tool set and processes for Vico building.

You will also be responsible for building the Vico community, engaging and motivating our Vicos to be active members and proactively grow on their own account. Your contributions will directly impact Vicoland's growth trajectory, and you will have the opportunity to co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services (consultancy, system integrator, etc.) or SAP recruitment firm, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
  • Experience in client-facing communication and excellent writing skills.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a lot of people on a daily basis.
  • A strong network in the SAP sector.
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Native German, fluent English.
