Director of Partner Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Partner Management team at Vicoland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, with a focus on SAP services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage candidates to find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.
  • Develop and implement Vico building and scaling strategies, including marketing campaigns and relationship management.
  • Support the fine-tuning of our software tool set and processes for Vico building.
  • Build and engage the Vico community, motivating them to be active members and proactively grow on their own account.
  • Co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services or SAP recruitment firm, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience in client-facing communication.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Native German and fluent English, with a strong network in the SAP sector.
  • Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
