Vicoland is a pioneering company that is revolutionizing the professional services market by introducing Virtual Companies, or Vicos. Our innovative SaaS platform enables freelancers to collaborate and compete for large-scale digital projects.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Director to join our Partner Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that cater to the demand side, particularly in the SAP sector. Your core objective will be to source and manage candidates, find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.
Key Responsibilities- Scale our pool of Vicos that fit the demand side, with a focus on SAP services.
- Actively source and manage candidates, ensuring they have the skills and expertise required to build a winning Vico.
- Develop and implement Vico building and scaling strategies, including marketing campaigns and relationship management.
- Support the fine-tuning of our software tool set and processes for Vico building.
- Build and engage the Vico community, motivating them to grow on their own account.
- Co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.
- 4+ years of experience in professional services (consultancy, system integrator, etc.) or SAP recruitment firm, with extensive work on SAP solutions.
- Excellent client-facing communication and writing skills.
- University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
- Strong network in the SAP sector.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
- Native German, fluent English.
