Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our Partner Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scaling our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, particularly in the SAP sector. Your core responsibility will be to source and manage candidates, find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.
Key Responsibilities- Scale our pool of excellent Vicos that fit the demand side, particularly in the SAP sector.
- SOURCE and manage candidates, find, qualify, and onboard them to build a winning Vico.
- Support end-to-end in defining and implementing Vico building and Vico scaling strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and Vicos.
- Co-define our overall strategy and be responsible for a set of OKRs, directly impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.
- 4+ years of experience in a professional services (consultancy, system integrator, etc.) or SAP recruitment firm.
- Experience in client-facing communication and excellent writing skills.
- University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a broad range of people.
- A strong network in the SAP sector.
- Excellent judgment in evaluating people for their strengths and weaknesses.
- Native German, fluent English.
