Cluster Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cluster Director of Finance to join our team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of two hotels, ensuring the smooth execution of all regular finance activities, including purchasing and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the finance function for two hotels, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with a team of 10 members, handling a €40 million annual turnover, to drive business success and enhance financial performance.
- Act as a business partner, identifying opportunities to improve financial efficiency and working closely with other directors to implement strategic initiatives.
- Oversee all purchasing through supply management and manage stock on hand at the property, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost control.
- Handle financial reporting, ensuring accurate communication with London-based owners and other stakeholders, and engage with owner relations to keep them informed and involved in the financial aspects of the hotels.
- Hotel Finance Experience: Previous experience working in hotel finance is essential, with a strong understanding of financial operations and regulatory requirements.
- Business Partner: Proven experience working as a business partner to identify and implement financial opportunities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative and diverse team environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- German Language: Fluency in German is not essential, but B2 level is preferred, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English: Essential for communicating with London-based owners and preparing reports, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Owner Relations: Previous experience in dealing with owners is preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
