Regional Sales Director Europe

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und dynamische Vertriebspersönlichkeit als Director Regional Sales Europe für unseren Mandanten.
Aufgaben- Sicherstellung der Umsatzsteigerung in Europa
- Führung und Entwicklung des Vertriebsteams mit dem Fokus auf Distributionspartner, EPCs sowie Installateure
- Ableitung und Umsetzung effektiver Vertriebsstrategien für die jeweiligen Märkte samt Operationalisierung von KPIs und konsistentem Forecasting
- Sicherung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden sowie proaktiver Aufbau von Neukundenbeziehungen
- Verantwortung für ein stringentes Stakeholder-/Schnittstellenmanagement nach Innen und Außen
- Enge Abstimmung/Koordination bei Absatzkonflikten sowie Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Preispolitik in den Regionen
- Identifikation und kontinuierliche Beobachtung neuer Absatzmöglichkeiten auch im Hinblick auf Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklung
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens (Messen, Branchenevents etc.)
- Authentische Vertriebs- und Führungspersönlichkeit gepaart mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick und internationalem Mindset
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbarer Studienabschluss
- Langjährige Vertriebserfahrung in der Photovoltaikindustrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Channel Sales und dem Fokus auf PV-Module, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen
- Etabliertes, aktives Netzwerk zu Kunden und Entscheidungsträgern
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im internationalen Vertriebsumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von internationalen Marktbearbeitungsstrategien
- Fundierte Kenntnisse eines CRM- und gängigen ERP-Systems
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen (internationalen) Dienstreisen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
