UX Research Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Experience Researcher to join our SAP Mobile Experience & Engineering UX Research team. As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a key role in helping us understand our customers' needs and behaviors, and inform the development of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate user research activities, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
- Help prepare, build, and analyze automatic unmoderated user studies using tools such as UserZoom and UserTesting.
- Analyze existing data to generate insights and hypotheses to inform further research.
- Help measure UX KPIs, goals, and metrics.
- Take care of research-related operations topics, such as study participants logistics and preparing results slide decks.
- Communicate effectively within the UX and product management communities.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university as a student of applied science, such as HCI, applied psychology, computer linguistics, software engineering, interaction design, etc.
- Experience applying research methods, including experimental design, research planning, facilitating studies/experiments, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Experience working self-reliantly, managing small projects, and working with a multitude of stakeholders.
- Language skills: fluent in English, fluent in German as a plus.
