Your Responsibilities
- Designing and executing user research initiatives, including qualitative moderated usability tests, quantitative unmoderated online assessments, and ideation workshops with clients.
- Assisting in the preparation, execution, and analysis of automated unmoderated user studies, utilizing tools such as UserZoom and UserTesting.
- Evaluating existing data sources, including tracking and customer feedback data, to derive insights and formulate hypotheses for further exploration.
- Contributing to the measurement of UX key performance indicators, objectives, and metrics.
- Managing operational aspects of research, including participant logistics and the preparation of presentation materials.
- Facilitating effective communication within the UX and product management communities.
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in applied sciences such as Human-Computer Interaction, Applied Psychology, Computer Linguistics, Software Engineering, or Interaction Design.
- Experience in applying research methodologies, including those outside of UX.
- Familiarity with experimental design, research planning, conducting studies, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage small-scale projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders while handling operational and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.

As a member of the SAP Mobile Experience & Engineering UX Research team, you will thrive in a dynamic setting, collaborating with customers, partners, UX designers, user researchers, product managers, developers, and end-users.
