Your Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting user research initiatives (including qualitative moderated usability testing, quantitative unmoderated online assessments, ideation workshops with clients, etc.)
- Assisting in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of automated unmoderated user studies (akin to intricate online surveys, featuring interactive prototype tasks, click tests, card sorting, etc.) utilizing tools like UserZoom and UserTesting.
- Interpreting existing data (such as tracking metrics, customer feedback, and open-ended comments) to derive insights and formulate hypotheses for further investigation.
- Assisting in the evaluation of UX key performance indicators, objectives, and metrics.
- Managing research-related operational tasks, including participant logistics and preparing presentation materials.
- Effectively communicating within the UX and product management/development teams.
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Applied Psychology, Computational Linguistics, Software Engineering, Interaction Design, etc.).
- Experience with research methodologies (including but not limited to UX research).
- Familiarity with experimental design, research planning, study facilitation, statistical analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage small-scale projects, engage with various stakeholders, and handle operational and administrative tasks.
- Language proficiency: fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.

As a member of the SAP Mobile Experience & Engineering UX Research team, you will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with clients, partners, UX designers, user researchers, product managers, developers, and users.
