Responsibilities
Support the team in various research activities, including planning, executing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative studies, such as interviews, media assessments, and surveys. Collaborate with team members to grasp the research requirements and objectives. Utilize foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and develop scenarios. Interpret and analyze data through diverse research techniques, translating findings into actionable insights for other teams. Assist in the preparation and presentation of research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders.Qualifications
Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences. Preferred fields of study include Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related disciplines. Proficient in computer applications: MS Office; video/audio editing skills are advantageous, as is familiarity with online collaboration tools like Mural and Miro. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and German. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for summarizing and interpreting research outcomes. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting. Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Familiarity with research methodologies and their application in user experience research is a plus.About Your Team
