Your Responsibilities
- Support the team in various research activities, including planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative studies, such as interviews, media analysis, and surveys.
- Work closely with team members to grasp the research requirements and objectives.
- Utilize foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and develop scenarios.
- Analyze and interpret data through diverse research methods, translating findings into actionable insights for other teams.
- Assist in preparing and presenting research reports to internal teams and key stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Corporate Foresight, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office; video/audio editing skills and experience with online collaboration tools like Mural or Miro are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a knack for summarizing and interpreting research findings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with research methods and their application in user experience research is a plus.

Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to exploring Artificial Intelligence applications. We aim to identify, assess, and develop AI use cases that enhance the capabilities of SAP's Business Technology Platform. By anticipating trends and creating scenarios for potential AI technologies, we cultivate an open and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and values the unique contributions of each team member.
