We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our German Sales team at Siemens Industry Software GmbH. As a key player in our automotive industry sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with IT and senior business executives, showcasing business value, and driving digital innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads, developing them into high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with the extended team to address challenges and meet financial objectives
  • Establish relationships with executive-level decision-makers to understand their needs and priorities
  • Communicate the differentiated value of Mendix to customers at both technical and business levels
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
  • Take a leading role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
  • Ability to handle complex sales cycles and provide coordination and direction to the extended team
  • Detailed knowledge of the automotive industry and its challenges
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in German and English
  • Ability to travel as needed, largely within Germany
