Mendix Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our German Sales team, focusing on the automotive industry. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with IT and senior business executives, showcasing the value of our solutions, and driving digital innovation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads, developing them into high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with the extended team to brainstorm and communicate around account and opportunity development
- Establish relationships with executive-level decision-makers, understanding their needs and priorities
- Communicate the differentiated value of Mendix to customers at both technical and business levels
- Develop strategies to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
- Take a leading role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Enterprise Software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets
- Ability to handle complex sales cycles, providing coordination and direction to the extended team
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com to maintain a current and accurate pipeline
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in German and English
- Ability to travel as needed, primarily within Germany
