Job Title: Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Zeon Europe GmbH. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships in technical sales, focusing on customers in Germany. You will also coordinate global key accounts and support existing business, maintain customer data and reporting in the CRM system, and initiate new development projects with support from R&D.

Your Responsibilities:

* Own customer responsibility in technical sales
* Coordinate global key accounts & support of existing business
* Maintain customer data and reporting in the CRM system
* Independent project management & market analysis
* Increasing market shares for the broad product portfolio
* Initiating new development projects with support of R&D

Your Profile:

* Completed studies in industrial chemistry/business administration/chemistry or comparable qualification
* Professional sales experience, ideally in B2B in the "rubber industry" would be an advantage
* Business fluent in English (B2/C1)
* Strong communication and persuasive skills
* Proactive solution- and result-oriented way of working
* Confident handling of the MS Office package and CRM software
* Willingness to travel (primarily on a national level)
