DACH Sales Manager

You will be responsible for driving retail sales and business development in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) as part of the Sales Team. Key activities include:
- Developing and maintaining a retail sales strategy for the DACH region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and indirect customers across channels (retailers, etailers, DYI, APR, etc).
- Collaborating with the Channel Marketing manager to develop marketing and promotional plans with customers.
- Managing regional SOA and Marketing budget to ensure ROI.
- Reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Supporting customers on RMA topics and ensuring proper management with local RMA partners.
- Ensuring sales targets are met and cooperating with Amazon and Eshop teams for channel growth.
- Launching new products and organizing trainings in local languages with distributors and Netatmo training managers.
- Regular market analysis and communication with Netatmo marketing teams to adapt marketing and PR strategies to DACH region needs.
- Participating in local fairs and smart home events to ensure brand presence and recognition growth.
- Regular customer meetings and visits, including store checks with the Channel Marketing manager.
- Developing the PRO channel (plumbers, electricians, real estate, integrators) with local Legrand teams.
- Cooperating with the Channel Marketing person and other departments involved in sales topics.
- Quarterly visits to Netatmo headquarters for business reviews.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in high-tech premium products or moving to the next step in your career using previous business and market experiences.
- High degree of autonomy to take quick decisions and solve complex problems.
- Customer-oriented, data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.
- Good networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player able to convince others to join your directions.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in high-tech, IoT, and smart home.
- German and English are obligatory, French is a plus.
Ideal location: Germany, with quarterly visits to Netatmo headquarters. Work from Paris office possible.
