Job Title: DACH Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our DACH region sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional plans.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure accurate forecasting and regular updates.
  • Support customers on RMA topics and ensure proper management with local RMA partners.
  • Participate in local fairs and smart home events to ensure brand presence and recognition growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in high-tech premium products.
  • High degree of autonomy to take quick decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Customer-oriented, data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making.
  • Good networker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in high-tech, IoT, and smart home.
  • German and English are obligatory, French is a plus.
