About the Role
Sofico is seeking a highly skilled and organized Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding questions and defects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a qualified understanding of the issue, making a full analysis, and assisting in the implementation of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress, plan, and inform the customer about the status of the ticket.
- Work closely with the development team to resolve defects and issues.
- Collaborate with the business consultant team to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Business fluent German (min. C1) is required for this specific role.
- Several years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Several years of experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and configuration of a solution.
- Fluent in English, as we are an international company.
