Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Application Support Specialist to join our team at Sofico. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP software, 'Miles.'
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding questions and defects.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of customer issues, analyze problems, and implement solutions.
- Monitor progress, plan, and inform customers about the status of tickets.
- Collaborate with the business consultant team to gather requirements, conduct functional analysis, and propose solutions to customers.
- Guide the full process, test final solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Fluent German (min. C1) is required for this role.
- Several years of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
- Several years of experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and configuration of a solution.
- Fluent in English, as we are an international company.
