We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven European Sales Professional to join our Cross Border Talents team in Barcelona, Spain.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with German-speaking clients and help them thrive in the international market. With a strong focus on sales strategy and digital advertising, you will be responsible for crafting personalized solutions that deliver measurable results.

Your success will be measured by your ability to upsell services, achieve sales targets, and collaborate effectively with our results-driven team.

Requirements:
  • C1/C2 German and B2 English language proficiency
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising
  • EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for Spain
  • A passion for delivering results and a proactive mindset
What We Offer:
  • A competitive gross annual salary of €24,000-€30,000 based on your experience
  • Performance bonuses of up to €4,200 annually
