About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Recruitment Room. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blding strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
  • Managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Requirements
  • Minimum 0.5 years of sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
