Senior Manager, Business Development

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, Business Development at TÜV SÜD, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing business opportunities in the automotive technology sector. Your primary focus will be on developing new markets, services, and key accounts within assigned markets, including cross-selling opportunities. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Additionally, you will develop go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow the customer base in assigned scope within Thailand.
Requirements
You will need a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Business discipline and a minimum of 10 years of sales, sales management, or consulting experience in global organizations. Prior experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred. You must be able to manage teams, including budgetary responsibilities, and have a target-driven personality. Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
