Senior Business Development Manager

AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Central EMEA Demand Generation team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs to achieve sales targets and optimize prospecting efforts
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy sales plans, optimize prospecting efforts, and maximize end customer value
- Monitor team performance, create scaling mechanisms, and build trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements
- Experience in technology-related account management or business development
- Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans and revenue targets
- Experience with CRM and developing targeted outbound sales strategies
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
- MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Track record in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders
