Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Adragos Pharma GmbH. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients, including large pharmaceutical companies and small biotech firms, with a focus on new chemical entities (NCEs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients, including both large pharmaceutical companies as well as small biotech firms, with a focus on new chemical entities (NCEs).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global key accounts to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify and hunt new business opportunities (RFQs), working with the technical sales support in our network to tailor proposals for our global target clients with strong emphasis on the US market.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure precise understanding and fulfillment of client requirements.
- Conduct market analyses and competitive intelligence to identify trends and generate new business opportunities, in collaboration with our data analyst.
- Work closely with our marketing team, ensuring a smooth and adequate follow up on leads.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, such as the CPHI and DCAT to represent our company.
- Provide weekly reports on KPI progress, pipeline status, and strategies to senior management.
