You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer needs
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to support customer success
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to meet customer needs
- Proficient in business acumen, with a strong understanding of business processes and industries
