SAP is seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to support customer success

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting, sales, or account management capacity
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to meet customer needs
  • Proficient in business acumen, with a strong understanding of business processes and industries
