Strategic Program Manager for Middle and Eastern Europe

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Program Manager to join our SAP CS&D organization in Middle and Eastern Europe. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing large-scale strategic projects, driving customer success, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic customer engagements directly
- Sponsor strategic customer strategy
- Define a framework on best practices and the CSS Cloud Transformation
- Liaise and coordinate with regional/global Customer Success/Customer Success Stakeholders
- Pro-actively manage stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer success
Requirements:
- Master's degree in finance, commerce, engineering, information technologies, computer science, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, including SAP Activate and SAP Solution Manager
- Proven experience in managing large-scale strategic projects, with a strong track record of customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and German
- PMP certification or other project management certifications are desirable
