Senior Customer Information Security Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Information Security Advisor to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Customer Information Security Advisory Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Success colleagues and providing advice on security compliance related topics to close customer deals successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team to provide security compliance advice and support for customer deals.
- Develop and maintain a solid knowledge base in security and compliance topics, including data protection and industry-specific compliance obligations.
- Work closely with our Financial Services Office to identify and assess regulatory requirements and advise on their implementation.
- Support the security and compliance governance efforts, including reporting on customer commitments made and highlighting risks to management.
- Interact with various internal departments, including SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance, Customer Success, and Legal, to manage security compliance issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Economics, Business Informatics, Law, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in security compliance, customer success, or legal roles, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in global security compliance and/or financial services regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various internal departments.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement for the role.
