Customer Support Manager

Precision for Medicine GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager - Sales and Contracting to join our international team. As a key member of our sales and contracting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and communication with our growing customer base during the sales acquisition, negotiations, and contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide office support for our international team of regional Business Developers and Berlin-based VP Immune Monitoring Solutions, including scheduling meetings and monitoring progress and deadlines of tasks.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and video conferencing.
- Utilize and update our customer relationship management system (Salesforce).
- Draft quotations, select and provide brochures and data sheets to customers.
- Track and support logistics of contract processing, orders, and request management.
- Generate monthly and annual reports on bookings and sales forecasts.
- Collect and analyze market information and internal data, prepare reports and presentations.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused, takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, well-organized, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to address and resolve problems proactively.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Fluency in German.
- Experience in immunology, diagnostic lab services.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry and/or qPCR.
- Sales, inside sales, or administrative work experience.
- Business administration experience or education.
